It can be frustrating when what appears to be a good deal ends up not being so, once you factor in shipping and tax. We've streamlined the ordering process to provide a simple, up-front purchasing experience, and ship everything within the contiguous 48 US states for the flat rate of $5.95 per order. It's that simple. Plus, all purchases are sales tax free when ordered outside of the state of South Carolina.

SAME DAY SHIPPING

In most cases, items are shipped the same day.  Occasionally, there may be a delay but, in those cases, we will notify you of any problems.

RETURN POLICY

All returns must have return authorization.   To obtain an RA, please e-mail or call 803 631-5084.

We will accept returns for any reason of most items within 30 days of receipt of delivery.   (Some of our vendors will only accept non-defective returns within 7 days so be sure to contact us as soon as possible if you change your mind about a product you have received.)  After 30 days, the manufacturers warranty will prevail.  Returns will not be accepted on any items that have been used, modified, installed, painted, or damaged.   Although we charge you a low, flat rate for shipping, your credit will reflect a deduction for our actual shipping cost.  Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping arrangements.  All returned parts must be in the original packaging and you must include a copy of your invoice.
